The Founding Partner of a TMT focussed boutique advisory firm is looking to expand his senior team and dissolve his responsibility as the businesses figurehead. The success of 2018 and early forecast in early 2019 has lead the firm to a strong market position. The Founding Partner is now running at capacity with no additional time. He is therefore looking for a Director with ambitions and ability to lead a business area. Juniors will support the execution of deals so this psoition is primarily focussed on winning business and capitalising on the firm's market reputation. The firm have a wealth of experience, are ambitious, hardworking, but also respect the importance of work-life balance. With a couple Directors having young families the days are typically 8.30-6 and there is flexibility to work around personal circumstances.
