Ashfield currently has an exciting opportunity for an accounts payable processor to be a part of our Head Office Finance Department at our Head Office in Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire. Responsibilities To deal with telephone enquiries from Clients, Staff and External Suppliers Attend regular departmental meetings To support the Finance Department and wider team when required To assist Finance Manager with Year End accounts Photocopy all purchase invoices flagged as "Rechargeable" and provide copies to wider Finance Team in line with monthly invoicing timetable Create and Post Journals as required to correct nominal coding entries when highlighted.
