Due to our on-going success and our plans for continuous development, we are recruiting for a Payroll Assistant to join our established team based in Swinderby, Lincolnshire. This role is a working 40 hours per week, typically Monday - Friday, 09.00 - 17.00. About The Job: Reporting to the Payroll Supervisor, the Payroll Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the payroll function. Key

Responsibilities:
Process employee data supplied by Human Resources. Process third party payroll changes such as: tax codes and pensions. Ensure attendance and overtime data is accurately collated and inputted on a weekly basis. Accurately upload attendance and overtime data into the payroll system on a monthly basis for payroll processing. Support with all aspects of the payroll process to provide support and cover as required. Act as a central point of contact for all payroll queries from staff, aiming to resolve issues and report any discrepancies as appropriate. Assist with month and year end reconciliations Produce reports using internal systems as requested. Carry out other departmental duties as required. Essential Experience Skills & Qualifications Demonstrable knowledge of payroll systems, processing and GDPR Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel to include V-look ups & Pivot Tables Accurate data processing skills Experienced in a payroll / financial setting Organised and able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines Discreet and respectful of confidentiality. Remuneration Package The successful applicant will be offered a salary of £19.000 per annum plus pension and life assurance.
