Their vacancy will suit an aspiring Assistant Accountant that is willing to support the Finance Manager with the provision of high quality accounting, whilst providing key support to the wider business. This role is available to anybody with at least 2 years of industry experience. In your role as the Assistant Accountant you will take on various duties and responsibilities. Your main responsibilities will include: Management and review of overheads Detailed analysis of marketing spend Accruals and prepayments Balance sheet reconciliations Management of fixed asset register Intercompany invoices Foreign currency revaluation VAT compliance Reporting to external regulatory bodies Assisting the rest of the finance team as required in busy periods Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the Finance Manager or wider business If you have any experience and financial knowledge within the Leisure industry then please clearly detail this on your CV.
