Reporting in to the Head of Shared Services, this newly created role for an a Accounts Payable Team Leader is responsible for leading the Accounts Payable team in the provision of timely, accurate and compliant purchase to pay services whilst seeking out opportunities for process alignment and improvement. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams within periods of substantial change. It is essential you have gained experience of leading migration projects and continuous improvement projects, gained from working within a Shared Service centre or International environment. Candidate's will have a strong understanding and working knowledge of reconciling accounts, particularly supplier accounts and the importance of maintaining strict internal controls ideally within shared services.
