Job Details
You will be joining a a busy finance function for a well established property management company where you will report directly into the team leader. You will have your own portfolio of clients where you will build strong business realtionships and proactively chase any outstanding invoices.You will also be responsible for all account and invoice queries providing a high level of customer service.

Description
The duties of the credit controller will include but not limited to:
- Proactively chasing outstanding invoices via telephone and email
- Raising statements and send out letters
- Assisting with reconciliation of problem accounts
- Management of query resolution
- Building strong client relationships
- Cash allocations
Profile
The successful the candidate will have the following experience:
- Previous credit control experience - Essential
- Experience of working within a busy finance function - Essential
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Essential
- Ability to build long lasting relationships -Essential
- Account & query resolution experience - Essential
- Reconciliation and cash allocation experience - Essential
- Ability to work as part of a team on individually - Essential
