Head of FP&A (Energy)

Your new company
A globally recognised Natural Resources business with a large proportion of its assets in Africa, are looking to expand its portfolio of Green Assets on a global basis.
The company have Head Quarters in London and operations in over 7 other global countries.

Your new role
Working in a newly created role, the focus of this position will be all about how the organisation look to make the most of their numbers during this growth phase. Having had a very stable team and portfolio for a large number of years, this role will mirror the growth ambitions of this business and will focus on creating and developing a first class Financial Planning and Analysis function.
Duties will include but not to the following:

• Identify and implement Monthly reporting processes with regional teams
• Take full ownership of 5 year forecasts
• Working with Divisional and global heads to drive budgeting from an operational stand point
• Analysing financials and communicating to CFO and CEO on regular basis
• Attend all strategy meetings
• Ensure culture of financial planning is created

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have the ambition of making something your own and being an individual that at this stage in their career wants to work hard to make a difference. You will need high levels of energy but also a background that can be relied upon to drawn examples of how best to challenge situations and make a strategic difference.
The successful candidate will have a strong internal reporting background where they have influenced improvements to budgeting and forecasting processes.
