This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who would like to develop and grow professional relationships in a field account manager role in the world of Wealth Management. We are looking for a candidate who is client focused, can own and solve problems and act as a key ambassador for our business. Be an active member of our Field team and be able to identify and analyse trends and root causes in order to achieve operational excellence. This unique role will allow you to take personal responsibility to ensure that issues are highlighted and seen through to resolution whilst you build and ensure our current level of customer service is exceptional to our client. You will be based in our London Hub however you will be expected to travel and be predominantly field based covering London & surrounding areas (City, Hamilton Place, Kingsway, Elstree and Westerham). In this professional facing role you will be fully supported and be given full product training in wealth management investment products. About the role As a Partner Relationship Manager you will use your skills and knowledge to provide support to our client via face to face meetings, email and telephone. We are looking for a suitable candidate who likes to be "out & about" developing positive relationships with clients. You will constantly be striving to resolve and overcome any hurdles swiftly to provide a first class service experience: Manage effective relationships whilst communicating effectively with all key contacts at appropriate business locations Initiate and attend office/visits and location meetings based on your analysis of management information Maintain and develop key stakeholder engagement and establishing new networks You will commit to personally putting the Client first, demonstrating a 'cando' attitude and providing an excellent and bespoke customer experience at all times through clear ownership Work alongside and utilise the skills of internal support staff to own and resolve any client issues in a swift manner You will commit to being proactive and pre-empt any issues ensuring great service To carry out any other duties which are within the employee's skills and abilities whenever reasonably required We would like the successful candidate to have a background in stakeholder management or have been in a previous role where relationship building skills were key. The individual will enjoy developing professional rapport with our Clients and be proactive in creating an unforgettable customer experience. The individual will: Be experienced in holding and undertaking successful senior client meetings either alone or with others Be adept in tracking the outcomes from such meetings and refining/improving approach for follow-up reviews Be quality driven, aiming for 100% accuracy and timeliness of delivery Aim to continuously review processes and practices relating to the role and act as a catalyst for change and improvement in individual and team performance Take time to develop and build engagement with our office based teams in the Scotland and Essex based locations Observe proper standards of market, business and personal conduct, demonstrating integrity in the execution of duties Comply with the regulatory regimes in which DST operates, with particular consideration given to relevant Client Asset, Data Protection and Financial Crime Prevention regulations, as appropriate to the above role The skills and behaviours required: Professional, personable, engaging, approachable, confident Be willing to and look at improving Client sentiment at all opportunity Be able to manage and articulate difficult messages professionally Strong written communication style A good team player who has the ability to work with others providing an excellent customer service and experience Evidence of being in a previous role where communication and relationship management is a key skill Enjoy building and maintaining relationships Excellent problem solving, analytical and decision making skills Appropriate product knowledge substantiated by relevant product assessments Act as a point of technical reference for others to refer to for help, guidance and support Shows flexibility and always goes the extra mile to meet the needs of the Business and Client Strong organisational and time management skills Commitment and self-motivation to work within deadlines with minimum supervision Educated to Higher level or equivalent (desirable) Experience in the financial services industry (desirable) About DST DST Systems, Inc.
