A well known big branded client based North of Birmingham have an exciting new interim role for a finance business partner for 9 months. This role is to start asap. - Provide analysis which adequately challenges business performance, ensuring that risks and opportunities are highlighted promptly and actions are driven by relevant stakeholders. Ensure that this analysis measures and provides insight to key business issues which may inhibit successful delivery of Strategy. - Timely delivery business performance reporting suite to the board. - Working closely with the Director and the team to ensure that a robust performance management framework is in place to measure progress against delivery of strategic goals. - Assist with generation and analysis of overhead budgets to ensure budgets are stretching, achievable and aligned to Corporate goals. - Responsibility for management of wage reporting and analysis to assist the team with delivery of wage targets. - Help provide support and challenge to the Operations team, acting as a Business Partner. - Work with profit protection and productivity to provide quality business information and analysis which supports the goals of maximising profit and minimising losses.
