Along with a fantastic client base, they benefit from a loyal, long serving and close knit, team of accounting professionals. The firm prides itself on providing accounts, tax planning, advisory and wider general practice services to a high standard. Initially joining as Senior Manager/ Partner Designate the role will then develop with a view to progressing to partnership in a reasonable and negotiable timescale. In line with the current, established Partner looking to reduce contact hours down to a consulting basis, this role will support this succession plan. This position will see the right candidate assuming control of a strong, established client portfolio covering a wide range of business sectors, including manufacturing, corporate, agriculture, tourism and leisure etc. You will be delivering accounting, taxation services and providing business advice along with managing staff, workload and budgets. Key areas this role will focus upon will involve actively becoming a part of the local business community, networking, developing relationships and looking to further the growth and development of the firm's client base. The ideal candidate will be CCAB qualified with a strong background in the profession.
