Head of Finance London, SW1P Up to £80,000 Plus Bonus & Comprehensive Benefits As the Head of Finance, based alongside our central Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, you'll be responsible for high-profile financial modelling and analysis, interfacing with senior members of the Finance and Treasury teams on financial planning, valuation and cash flow analysis. Owning and maintaining the group's consolidated financial model, you'll consolidate annual long-term plan projections from the business units, working collaboratively to ensure a reliable output. Other key deliverables include: - Providing decision support analysis for senior stakeholders - developing, maintaining and running a financing model to provide decision-support analysis for the ongoing debt issuance programme - assisting with preparation of rating agency scenarios and sensitivities - preparing presentations and valuation analysis - assisting with questions from external stakeholders. With a formal accounting qualification and at least a 2:1 degree in a financial discipline, you have a significant post-qualification track record in financial modelling, incorporating operational cash flows and capital structure issues. Your first-class numerical, analytical and corporate finance skills, including valuation and financing expertise, complement your ability to build effective relationships at all levels and to work collaboratively. A real team player, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, you have the ability to write clear, concise presentations and reports and present effectively to a senior audience, in addition to: - Excellent modelling and advanced skills in MS Excel (inc.VBA), PowerPoint and Word - great attention to detail and accuracy - enthusiasm, commitment, self-confidence and initiative - a consultative, collaborative approach.
