Bookkeeper / Accounts Admin Our client is a thriving Hotel chain in Leicester and are now looking for a Bookkeeper / Accounts admin to help their company flourish. We need a Bookkeeper Accounts admin person that is bright, articulate, and easy to get on with who has the ability to win people round. Your key tasks will be
• Produce customer P&Ls and other financial reporting to agreed timescales
• Produce cash flow forecasts and monitor cash flow position
• Process all supplier, expenses and salary payments
• Manage production of payroll through external bureaux
• Control reconciliation and payment process
• Assist in production of forecasts and budgets
• Divisional and cost centre reporting
• Credit control activities
• Maintain fixed asset records
• Posting of cash book entries and bank reconciliations
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations
• Coordinate the month end close process to agreed timescales Qualifications
• Minimum AAT qualified / Part Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA or equivalent)
• Experience of producing monthly management accounts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience of producing information to tight deadlines
• Individual must be highly motivated and career driven
• High attention to detail
• MS Excel to intermediate or advanced level
