Boxtree are looking for an Accounts Clerk to join a busy accounts team in Shoeburyness. This Accounts Clerk will complete reconciliation of accounts and ledger by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices from clients, sub-contractors and suppliers. The role is 8.30am until 5.30pm Monday - Friday with an hour for lunch. Job Duties: Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system invoices to SAGE system Reconciliation of supplier's invoices, purchase ledger and ensuring accuracy Amending invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation Ensuring that the credit control team are aware of purchase order amendments.
