Our client, a leading Commercial Company based in the Ealing area are currently recruiting for a Billings Accountant on a contractual basis. In order to apply you will be a fluent or native French speaker with up to 5 years worth of experience working within a billings department. Your Key Responsibilities will include: Ensuring compliance with established internal & key internal controls in relation to SOX Accurate and timely process invoicing through JD Edwards Processing all approved credit memos in compliance with SOX and Internal controls Assisting in the implementation and systems improvements to the worldwide billing system Supporting compliance with SOX key controls for billings Supporting the quarterly and annual SOX audits and financial statement audits with respect to billing and sales order processing Person Specification Part Qualified or Finalist level or European equivalent 5 years experience in billing department Fluency in French - fluent or native Experience in multinational billing operations must be complemented by a good understanding of how billing works Basic understanding of revenue recognition principles Experience working in a multi-company & multi-currency environment required Experience of JD Edwards would be preferred Parkside Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
