A Venture Capital backed FinTech organisation based in the city are looking for a Finance Director with experience working with banking to take responsibility of all financial operations including regulatory and treasury procedures. THE JOB Specifically your responsibilities will include: Lead on Control and Governance Key capital and liquidity ratio delivery and monitoring Cash flow monitoring and ownership of the budgeting and forecasting process Hold the external audit relationships Building prospective/current investor relationships working with the CFO Work on the creation of a treasury function Assist the planning/testing/implementation of projects affecting the financial control function Scaling out the finance function Review processes to make them more efficient and enhance control YOU To be considered for this job, you will have the following experience: A Qualified Chartered Accountant with around 10-15 years' experience Financial services experience specifically within Banking Strong commercial acumen and ownership Strong upward trajectory A system wizard, specifically Excel and one who appreciates the value of incorporating new technology to create efficiencies in controls Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP FinTech, start up experience, ability to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment (nice to have) This opportunity offers a fantastic package and internal progression, with a great level of responsibilities.
