Harper May is currently working with a rapidly growing multi-site spa chain based in Central London. This private equity backed organisation is known for providing facilities and service of the highest quality, and is often frequented by A-list celebrities. The company has won various industry awards, and is currently looking for a Interim Finance Director to oversee 5 sites and continue their exponential growth. The successful candidate will be fully qualified with prior multi-site leisure experience. Key
responsibilities:
Leading and developing the growing finance team Business partnering closely with General Managers to drive profitability across all sites Liaising with potential investors and presenting to the board Creating detailed mid and long term financial models Developing new business opportunities and leading on new site appraisals Implementing and improving first class systems and controls Oversight of working capital and cash flow forecasting Oversight of the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting functions Desired Skills and Experience: Must be fully qualified Must have prior multi-site leisure experience Strong technical accounting skills are highly desirable Excellent inter-personal and communication skills Previous experience of managing and developing staff Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment Excellent Excel skills This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/85303045
