Compliance Manager - Aylesbury £30,000 - £40,000 per annum plus Excellent Benefits Our client is a well-established and dynamic market organisation with an innovative approach to business and customer base looking for a compliance manager to join their team. Key duties - Maintenance and monitoring of internal controls - Support the creation of regulatory reporting - Operational compliance for reconciliations - Manage and motive the team members, including performance development reviews - Improve processes and create more efficient working practices on the team - Ensure daily reconciliations and cashbook are completed accurately and timely meeting relevant requirements with reconciling items resolved promptly - Work with other areas to improve processes with a view to reducing reconciliation differences - Ensure end of day banking process is carried out timely and accurately - Ensure month end tasks are completed within required timeline - Other ad hoc tasks as required The successful candidate will have previous experience doing a similar role and experience working in a reconciliation and accounting role. You will also have previous experience in dealing with banks on a regular basis ans staff management exposure. You will have exceptional communications at all levels and a good understanding of cash reconciliation procedures.
