Our client, a large Retail organisation in the Leeds area are looking to recruit a Compliance Manager on a 6 month contract basis paying up to £450 per day. Key
Responsibilities:
- B e responsible for end-to-end management and execution of the Compliance programme - Conduct compliance training with new retail partners, employees and other stakeholders of our business. - Be in charge of the management and follow up of any reported policy or overall compliance breaches. - Be responsible for researching into new compliance areas and maintenance of company compliance to any regulation updates and changes over time. - Work in collaboration with a range of internal stakeholders to measure, report and improve age compliance in the UK market. The Person: -Strong experience delivering training to a customer group across any sector/customer group -Retail experience preferable -First class communication skills, both when delivering training and in when engaging with internal and external stakeholders -Ideally experience leading quality programs is desirable/not essential - Experience of training, audit, compliance or legal experience. - Articulate, pragmatic, commercially minded and solutions-focused, with exceptional drive and enthusiasm.
