Senior Enterprise Account Director - Travel Risk Management - Solution Sales Are you an experienced enterprise solution sales professional (professional services and technology) , with prior experience in developing and closing complex sales of values ranging £60k-£120K or more? Travel 30-40% in territory Close to a tier 1 airport Ability to pass a background check About the role: The Senior Enterprise Account Director will prospect, qualify and manage sales opportunities within EMEA territory including new and existing enterprise and mutli-national clients. You will enjoy having a variety of qualified leads filtered to you from the Business Development Specialist. The role is best suited to a 'hunter' with experience in complex selling methodology, end to end,combining technology and professional services. It will also be critical for this person to be confident in calling, meeting and presenting to senior corporate clients Major Account Executive (MAE) (Senior Enterprise Account Director) will need to have proven track record in targeting and winning new business, a track record of quota attainment year over year. Essential Duties/

-Develop territory plan -Prospect, qualify and manage sales opportunities within the territory: includes new logos and existing clients -Identify and develop unique selling propositions relying on in depth understanding of the competitive market -Accurately forecast quarterly against sales targets -Ensure all sales activities are accurately captured and recorded Technical capabilities -Candidate must have been educated in a complex selling methodology and sales process, preferably Strategic Selling and must demonstrate ongoing professional development in sales Education Requirements: -Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent required -Must have the ability to pass a pre-employment background check -Work Experience -Minimum of 7 years B2B experience -Experience targeting and selling into multi-national organizations; comfortable calling, meeting and presenting to senior corporate executives -Proven track record of winning new business with both large international corporates and SME prospects -Proven track record of quota attainment year-over-year -Proven track record of increased earnings over selling history -Stable tenure in previous jobs -Demonstrate consultative selling approach -Proficiency in selling within a complex sales environment; ability to promote and sell end-to-end solutions combining technology and professional services -Knowledge of, and experience selling in, the risk management, compliance, security or mass notification industry segments considered a plus Skills: -Able to carry a new initiative or message to a new audience in a region and build trust, credibility and rapport in a skillful manner -High Energy level -Strong verbal and written communication skills -Strong persuasion and negotiation skills -Excellent at initiating activity and direction for the team or organization -Very skilled in verbal expression. Can deliver the same message using a persuasive style or an authoritative style with equal confidence. -Able to set high goals, then work hard with others to achieve those goals -Expeditious in decision making and accountable for outcomes -Excellent in presentations and demonstration to large or small groups.
