Operations Compliance Manager Restore Datashred is one of the UK's leading on-site and off-site shredding companies, providing confidential document and data shredding services throughout England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland. We are committed to promoting an environment of continuous improvement and have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Compliance Manager to join our dynamic and committed team at our flag ship site in Dartford. You will be responsible for ensuring that the Shredding centre health, safety and compliance standards and expectations are managed, monitored and achieved, whilst engaging our workforce in a culture of excellence. Within the role you will review and provide risk assessments and method statements for all shred centre related activity. Carrying out internal safety and compliance audits on site, you will ensure RAMS and compliance procedures are being adhered to whilst overseeing all training requirements for safety and compliance related activities. You will be working closely with the H&S Officer and Transport Manager for the site as well as external contractors and suppliers. With recent experience in a similar role, you will be a confident leader who is able to drive high standards of safety and compliance. IOSH certificate is required and a NEBOSH certificate is desirable.
