Benefits Competitive Salary Generous staff discount 22 days holiday 8 bank holidays Company private pension scheme Opportunities for development Cycle-to-work scheme & Eye-test vouchers Child care vouchers Social events Responsibilities Supervising a small team within the accounts payable function Assist with training and development of team members Assist with processing and reviewing invoices to ensure appropriate approvals and coding Overseeing expenses management, ensuring all colleagues adhere to the policies Cash monitoring to ensure prompt payments and support cash-flow forecasting Weekly reporting GRNI/creditors with narrative provided to management Responsible for overseeing payment runs including BACs and one-off supplier payments Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the purchase ledger accounting system Ensuring existing/new suppliers comply with the new vendor setup process Manage the vendor master data to ensure accuracy and completeness Month end responsibilities including provision of accruals and postings Undertake ad-hoc financial reporting requests Managing stakeholder relationships to a very high standard Actively drive and participate in process improvements About You At least 4 years experience within a strong Accounts Payable role preferably at a team-leader level. You will be ambitious and self-driven with a team-player attitude. Excellent communication skills Confident telephone manner as you will be working in an open plan office. Strong IT skills.
