My client is an international Banking group, (regulated in the UK and an established UK presence) focusing on Corporate and Commercial banking they are seeking to appoint a new Head of Compliance to manage a team of 7. Duties will include
• Responsibility for compliance oversight, systems and controls
• Providing advice and guidance to the business
• Keeping up to date with regulatory changes
• Board reporting and attending committee meetings
• Enhancing the Risk Framework and Compliance Monitoring plan, including identifying areas of weakness and exposure
• Development of a robust regulatory training programme for staff
• Embed core values of culture and conduct risk
