We are seeking a highly experience Financial Manager to join the board of one of London's most exciting new & expanding restaurant groups. You will need to have a proven finance management career within the hospitality industry as well as excellent communication skills to be able to deliver at the highest level. Experience with new openings would be an advantage but not essential. Main duties: Deliver a sound financial insight to the management of the group Present management reports to all board members Maintenance of cash flow & forecasts Responsible for the finance team including admin support Design and production of all management reports Management of the budgeting, planning and forecasting Fully responsible for Tax compliance Management of any financial legal issues that may occur Manage audit and oversee all statutory and company secretarial requirements Ensure vigorous financial controls are maintained within the business Ensure up to date knowledge of any legislative changes that impact the smooth running of the group.
