Temporary Credit Controller Basildon, Essex £13-£14p/h This is a temporary position for 3 months supporting the credit controller during a very busy time of year. You will be responsible for assisting with managing a ledger of 300 live accounts worth £2 million monthly. My client is ideally looking for an experienced edit controller who has previously worked on SAP who can hit the ground running Duties Chasing debts by telephone, letter and email Resolving any payment discrepancies and customer queries Liaising internally with sales staff to resolve queries Allocation of cash Reconciling accounts Managing a high volume of queries using a portal Query resolution - clearing a backlog of debit note claims Requirements Experienced credit controller Ideally with experience of dealing with a retail customer base Experience of managing queries on a portal Experience of SAP would be beneficial If you are interested in this vacancy please contact Sarah Chandler at CWC Recruitment Ltd.
