It comprises an integrated cluster of branded agencies and specialisms, encompassing medical communications, healthcare learning, clinical and commercial consultancy, market access, rare diseases, genomic medicine, digital engagement and advocacy. Due to exciting business growth, AMICULUM's finance team is now looking for an accounts payable specialist to join its team in Richmond, London. The day-to-day duties of this role will include: Liaising with the finance team and individuals from across AMICULUM Processing high-volume purchase invoices and credit notes including the general ledger coding Reconciling credit card and corporate travel accounts Managing vendor payments to ensure we honour payment terms Ensuring that all queries are resolved Analysing and validating routine expenditure, including expenses Working with finance team to streamline processes and procedures Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks when required This role would suit a highly professional, motivated and friendly individual with a proactive and positive attitude. Prior experience in a similar role, preferably working within a group finance function for more than 3 years, is essential, in addition to: Strong numeracy skills and a logical approach to financial tasks Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering accurate work in-line with agreed deadlines Experience of working with multiple currencies and companies within a network structure Understanding of general ledger, including coding AP invoices, fixed assets and inter-company recharges A flexible approach when prioritizing work and multi-tasking High quality written and verbal communication skills A desire to provide excellent client service to our internal teams In return, we are able to offer a great working environment and a competitive salary, dependent on experience and qualifications.
