A pioneering media production agency based in Camden are seeking to recruit a confident, hands on and energetic Accounts Payable Assistant to join their friendly team. Having major international clients, the business is rapidly expanding and are ideally seeking someone with strong out and out Accounts Payable experience. Working closely with the AP Manager, the AP functions spans 3 major inter-company entities and multiple currencies. This is a permanent position around £24,000 - £28,000 (dependent on experience). - Processing supplier invoices and matching purchase order numbers - Handling and resolving supplier queries in a professional manner - Supplier statement reconciliations - Coding costs and allocating to correct nominals - Liaising with senior management to get authorisations for invoice payments - Management of expense payment runs - Supplier statement posting - Processing of staff expenses - Managing petty cash - Other ad-hoc responsibilities inculding assisting the Group Finance Director - Minimum of 2 years accounts payable experience - Good attention to detail - Strong communications skills - Friendly/ approachable demeanour Reed Specialist Recruitment Limited is an employment agency and employment business
