They are looking for a focused and results driven accountant to support their annual audit preparation and group financial reporting. This would suit someone with around 2 years PQE with a background in external audits, either in practice or industry. Responsibilities:
Supporting the business through their annual audit Group financial reporting Taking ownership for fixed asset reporting (and other deliverables as required) during the audit Preparing some smaller sets of statutory accounts Preparing reconciliations (statutory and also monthly balance sheet) Required Skills & Experience: 2 years' PQE in external audit (in either practice or industry) Experience of preparing reconciliations (statutory and also monthly balance sheet) Experience of capital accounting would be beneficial Good attention to detail and accuracy Proactive individual who can work independently and multitask effectively Good communication skills and able to deal with individuals across the organisation at all levels 'Can do' attitude and prepared to muck in to support the wider organisation This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/85235987
