responsibilities:
Assisting the Business Manager and the Finance Team with all aspects of the development and effective operation of the finance function within the company. Assisting the Business Manager and the Finance Team with operating and monitoring all company's accounts and budgets Ensuing the safe receipt and handling of cash and the reconciliation of transactions. Completing administrative routines relating to orders, invoices, cheques, income, payroll and the receipt and distribution of goods and services. Filing and forward all the invoices/contract/documents to External accounting The timely processing, checking and coding of invoices. Encrypting and booking bank statements. Make overviews of invoices to be paid. All-round accounting work. Inform account managers about overdue payments from their customers. Supporting the accounting team in HQ, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and stock, fixed assets etc. Ideal candidate profile: Knowledge of B/L, profit sheet. Experience of working in a finance/admin position. Strong written and spoken communication skills. Experience of using Microsoft office applications, especially Word and Excel to an advanced level.
