We are looking for an ambitious and versatile Commercial Finance Manger to join their expanding finance team. You will be working with Commercial Finance Director and senior staff to provide collective strategic and operational leadership. Through technical commercial and financial modelling, you will be creating and delivering presentations and through frequent communication with the senior Executive team, deliver guidance and advice to support and monitor the strategic direction of the business. In your role as a Commercial Finance Manager, you will take on various duties and responsibilities. Your main responsibilities will include: Business partnering with the commercial, marketing, multichannel, retail and other departments to provide actionable, insightful analysis Provision of regular and ad hoc business analytics and reporting across all business areas The accuracy and coordination of information used in performance measurement throughout the business Linking analytics and insight to the strategic direction of the business - enabling a data driven culture Continually improving the process of providing reporting and insight to make it a real competitive advantage for business group The continual delivery and the reliability of certain data processing tasks You should be professionally qualified with ACCA/ACA/CIMA with previous experience in a finance management or commercial role. The role should suit an ambitious individual with strong interpersonal skills with a strong focus on improving the commercial aspects of the organisation. Additionally, any experience of leading a team implementing effective finance and performance policies should be clearly highlighted on your CV.
