responsibilities:
Support the firms commercial leads in driving best practice and pricing governance Build commercial awareness across the firm and influence Partners over decisions around key client pricing Produce reports, pricing models and other tools to help support and influence negotiation strategies Take lead and support fee earners in face to face negotiations with clients Participate in competitive tendering processes and develop pricing proposals Take responsibility for training and upskilling individuals across the firm Key skills: Excellent influencing, interpersonal and relationship development skills Confident and professional in approach to liaise and influence Partners and colleagues. Experience developing pricing models and proposals Prior experience within legal or professional services environment
