The Role As a Payroll and Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for providing an effective and accurate payroll service to the company. Although primarily involved in payroll, you will spend around 50% of your time supporting the Finance Team with a variety of tasks. Your finance activities will include: - Credit control - Sales ledger - Supplier payment runs - Customer Direct Debit (DD) collections - Bank reconciliations - Customer queries About You To be considered for the role of Payroll and Finance Assistant, you will need: - Extensive payroll experience - Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a high level of attention to detail - A strong customer focus Our ideal applicant will also be keen and driven with passion, an innovative approach and the ability to build trust.
