They are currently seeking an additional Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their well established and stable finance team. The purpose of the role is to process invoices and payments, provide financial, administrative and clerical support to the Finance function in order to ensure effective and accurate financial and administrative operations. Responsibilities:
- Processing day-to-day financial transactions within an agreed control process to enable accurate creation of financial information - Processing, allocating and monitoring payments and receipts ensuring assets and liabilities are appropriately stated in a timely manner - Coding, logging or matching source documents in a timely manner to enable efficient processing within the financial systems - Communicating and resolving general enquiries via email or phone, escalating where appropriate, to deliver strong customer service - Reconciling transaction data to external sources to ensure accuracy and completeness of data - Generating reports for the Finance team to allow timely decision making - Capturing transactional deficiencies and reason codes to produce KPI information Role requirements:
