We are working with an extremely successful manufacturing company who are looking to appoint an experienced Payroll Manager to provide a managed payroll service across a multi-site function. They are offering a fantastic salary and company benefits to match Requirements: You will be either Degree Qualified or CPD Qualified Experience of managing a small team ideally or be open to the idea Ideally, you will have 5 years previous experience within payroll. Qualified to CIPP Diploma level Familiar with Excel skills You must have working knowledge of UK payroll legislation including HMRC requirements, PAYE tax, NI, Pensions. Previous experience of ADP payroll systems and international assignees would be a distinct advantage. Some of your main

responsibilities:
Management of one direct report Manage and guarantee monthly processing of mutli-site payroll including pension, benefits, PAYE, NI etc. Work closely with HR in implementing a more advanced payroll and flexible benefits system. Manage monthly preparation of relevant management reports, including monthly quarterly and year-end reports. Liaise with finance in relation to BACS processing and GL Postings.
