Belcan is a global supplier of engineering and technical recruiting services to customers in the Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Power Generation, Marine and Oil & Gas sectors. Reporting to the Group Finance Director of Belcan International, this strategic appointment will work with the finance teams in the business units and our US HQ to develop, lead and manage all elements of financial control across Belcan International. Responsibilities to include: Ownership of the monthly reporting process across all legal entities in Belcan International (EMEA and India) Ownership of the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting process across all legal entities in Belcan International (EMEA and India) Working with the US and UK IT teams, to help develop and implement a new global finance system across International (EMEA and India) Assisting the Group FD on all M&A activity, both pre and post deal Requirements: Must be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with at least 5 years PQE Proven experience in an audit environment, ideally across both UK and US GAAP, or in a Senior Finance Control role Will ideally have worked in the finance function of an International organisation Previous M&A experience would be beneficial Salary/package: Negotiable dependent on experience
