• To provide a service to the Board of Directors and the Senior Management Team by constantly reviewing and actively managing compliance for the organisation. This role will cover all areas of the business including, but not limited to: o Principle Contractors Licence (PCL) o Plant Operating Licence (POL) o Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) o Manufacturing & fabrication legislation, policies and proceedures o BS1090 Certification o BS EN ISO 9001 Certification o EN ISO 14001 Certification o OHSAS 18001 Certification (ISO45001 accreditation when required) o All other legislative requirements o Projects procedures and processes
• To manage the company's compliance and Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
• To assist project teams and the wider business to fulfil their legislative responsibilities and advising on areas where compliance changes or improvements are required.
• To develop, implement and monitor company specific HSEQ Procedures, to meet Clients Governance.
• To be our interface with collegues, clients, contractors and 3rd parties in relation to compliance.
• Undertaking Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Compliance (HSEQ) Audits as required.
• To actively promote and manage good practice relating to all works undertaken, both internally and externally.
• To assist and develop the business and its stakeholders as their point of contact for good practice.
• To ensure the business is completely up to date with industry methods and standards which comply and prepare us for our future business needs, to meet and exceed our client's expectations.
• To improve efficiency and eliminate any risk exposure.
• To support the achievement of strategic goals.
• To support the HSEQ team.
• Advise our site teams of changes to all applicable standards/clients' specification, and the implications to themselves and the business, with respect to HSQE and ledgelative matters.
• Participating where required, in accident and incident investigations.
