Woodrow Mercer Finance is working with a technology business in Ruddington to recruit a Management Accountant. This role will suit a newly qualified management accountant who wants to work with an ambitious, well-funded organisation. The role will report into the Head of Finance and be responsible for the month-end close process as well as the production of monthly management reports to support key business decisions. Some of your key responsibilities will be: Preparation of monthly management accounts Manage and develop a Part-Qualified Accountant Variance Analysis Balance Sheet Reconciliations Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes Business partner operational staff across the business The right person for this role will be a Qualified Accountant with experience of preparing monthly management accounts. The business is growing extensively, so you will be confident working in a high-change environment and be comfortable with a changing list of responsibilities. The current Finance Director began his career in the company in this role and it is preferred that the new management accountant be equally as ambitious.
