Our client are actively seeking a motivated, personable and enthusiastic Payroll Leader to maintain a busy payroll department. This is a standalone position where the Payroll Advisor will be responsible for maintaining all elements of payroll across the business. Key

Responsibilities:
Monthly end to end Payroll Processing HMRC reporting and payments Processing statutory payments (SMP, SSP etc.) Year End Processing P11D's, P60's, P45 processing Administration of company benefits (Pension Scheme, Childcare Vouchers, PMI etc.) Handling queries and data requests Payroll Journals Creating and implementing new standard operating procedures and processes Ideal Person: Payroll experience essential (ideally in a standalone capacity) Setting up new standard operating procedures Ability to work alone and use initiative to solve problems Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook etc.) Good verbal and written communication skills Highly organised and conscientious Attention to detail Jobs you may have applied for include; Payroll Team Leader, Payroll Supervisor, Payroll Coordinator, Senior Payroll Clerk, Payroll Assistant or Payroll Administrator.
