Finance Business Partner - £35,000 - £40,000 per annum Benefits My client, a privately owned retail business based in South Kenilworth are currently recruiting a finance business partner to join their expanding team. You will report directly into the head of finance and work closely with the non finance team (IT, marketing, sales & ops). For this newly created role, you will be required to: Influencing commercial decisions and continuously identifying ways to improve business performance. Budgeting and forecasting and all relevant cost management processes i.e. capital and revenue expenditure. Prepare monthly presentation pack to operations team and present on a monthly basis. Undertaking profile, revenue and margin analysis to support sales leader in the business. As with all Finance business partner roles, the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders of all levels is essential, as well as an awareness and understanding of the challenges faced by Operational teams. To be considered for this role you will need/have: ACA/ACCA/CIMA Part qualified/finalist/Qualified. Previous Business partnering experience. Senior stakeholder management. Experience working within a fast paced and dynamic business.
