Shamir UK are currently seeking an Accounts Assistant to support the Finance Manager. The successful candidate must be capable across a broad range of Accounting / Financial activities including purchase ledger, monthly reporting, and general financial administration. This role would suit AAT part qualified or trained by experience. The successful candidate must be flexible, organised with excellent IT skills. This is a busy and varied role to include but not limited to:
• Processing purchase invoices and employee expenses
• Assisting with month end processes
• Accruals and prepayments
• Reconciling company bank accounts
• Processing payments
• Producing monthly management accounts
