Compliance Officer Due to our on-going success and our plans for continuous development, we are recruiting for a Compliance Officer to join our thriving team. This role has a flexible location but ideally will be based near to our main sites in Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire, Shrewsbury or Surrey. About The Job: Reporting to the Assistant Director - Quality and Compliance, the Compliance Officer is responsible for providing quality assurance across schools care provisions for adult and children. The Compliance Officer will thrive within a busy, multisite setting and approach tight timeframes and deadlines with tenacity and confidence. Attention to detail, flexibility, confidentiality, and excellent report writing and verbal communication are essential personal characteristics and skills required to be effective in this post . Key

Responsibilities:
Carry out inspections within the adult and children's provision across the Kisimul group that meet with relevant inspection frameworks. Deliver feedback and make recommendations to managers on site, following all inspection activity and especially in instances whereby legislative requirements are not being met. Review development plans for each home feedback to measure and report on progress. Assist with the registration of new homes in line with regulatory requirements. Carry out unannounced visits to and produce findings to further improve and strengthen the provision, even when provision is good or better. Develop the Quality Assurance feedback process and analyse data to improve the service where possible. Carry out medication audits. Carry out responsive inspections in instances whereby a concern has been raised and produce relevant feedback Essential Experience Skills & Qualifications Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care will be an advantage but is not essential Experience of working within an Education setting. Previous experience of auditing would be beneficial, but we are equally prepared to support the development of new entrants to quality and compliance. A willingness to work flexibly as part of a growing professional team is essential. The ability to travel with some overnight stays. Good communication skills, accurate report writing and good diary management are essential skills for this role. Remuneration Package The successful applicant will be offered a remuneration package that will consist of a basic salary of £26,785.85 as well other company benefits such as; Car / allowance, Pension, Life Assurance and not to forget our stunning work locations.
