Initially established over 100 years ago and family owned their global network supplies products which work in sync with the human body. Employing nearing 1000 people globally and headquartered in Basingstoke, UK. Their markets now include UK, Norway, Russia, India and the Middle East. Having recently been bought by a private equity company our client is looking for a Finance Director to based from their head office with oversight of the EU and management of a finance team that currently consist of circa 30. With ambitions to quadruple growth in the next five years is it imperative that the right candidate understands the challenges and ambition of working with a PE house ideally from inception of that relationship through to a positive outcome. For this reason, our client will only consider Finance Directors who have gone on this journey already - sector experience in manufacturing is preferred however this is not essential.
