Purchase Ledger Clerk Mat Cover 7/9 Month Contract
- Maintain all aspects of P/L for the UK and USA including coding purchase invoices to nominal ledger - Liasing with suppliers and recording purchase orders - Preparation of weekly payment runs - Daily sales reports - Credit cards/posting and reconciliation of corporate account - Dealing with expenses and VAT calculations - Working with Sage - Allocation and distribution of post Required Candidate Skills: - Good organisational skills - Time management - Knowledge of/experience using MS excel and basic VLOOKUPS - Experience of Sage 200 - 2 years of experience within in accounts department role
