Through detailed reviews or current working proactive and analysis of group operations, you'll be working with the SLT to support the strategic planning process, and help the operations teams make better more profitable, commercial decisions. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of robust financial control, as well as providing insightful and action-oriented analysis. Other responsibilities will include; Providing robust and timely financial and non-financial performance information to monitor progress and inform decision-making. Building strong working relationships with both and finance and operations allowing you to challenge, influence and become a key participant in decision-making processes. Owning all processes related to financial management, control and reporting for the group Working closely with the head of finance to drive overall financial performance. Reporting on productivity, profitability and managing ad hoc analysis of group performance. Supporting all budgeting, planning and forecasting activities. Producing robust commentary on sales, costs and other KPIs to provide insight into business performance. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Accountant with excellent management accounting and finance business partnering experience. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work at a group level, with both finance and operations, will be essential.
