This 40 something care home business with homes all over the North of England urgently requires a new CFO whom is highly organised, dynamic ideally with a healthcare, care home back ground. You are ideally a Big 4/Top 20 trained ACA/ACCA with 10 years PQE. The busines are behind with supplier reconcilliations and need the incoming CFO to sort out all of the accounts department. The CFO role is key and the business is also looking to replace the current Finance Director and Senior Financial Controller, so you may be moving with people you know, your current team The CFO must be highly strategic in his/her thinking, a strong leader and not afraid to role sleeves up and work long hours to get the business to where it should be. You will have excellent corporate knowledge and the ability to produce detailed cash flow and monitoring are highly important for this role. You must be a dynamic leader who will have regular interaction with both the CEO and overall owner of the business. Both of whom can be demanding. You will be required to manage and direct a team of 20 people on new systems on income (cold harbour) and credit ledger (sage). Industry experience preferred in care homes, health care or possibly a hotel group CFO background. Urgent requirement for a candidate on short notice in their current role. The business have grown from 700 staff to 4000 in a short time and are now a £100m T/O business. Superb salary of upto £170,000 base plus benefits for the CFO role FD role circa £130,000 plus benefits Senior Financial Controller £75,000 plus benefits.
