We are seeking an experienced purchase ledger supervisor who can provide a professional and timely accounting service. This is a full-time permanent role Monday - Friday Based in near Epsom, Surrey Salary is £27-£30k depending on experience Main duties: Allocating work within the team Processing purchase invoices and credit notes Reconciliation of supplier statements Working with and assigning KPI's across the team Managing supplier accounts and staff accounts To ensure all relevant documentation related to payment of invoices is accurate To provide point of contact with suppliers who may have queries Matching and processing invoices Processing payment runs Reconciling supplier statements Managing the purchase ledger Sending remittances Payment and online banking Key skills: Experience of purchase ledger Experience of working within a supervisory position within an accounts/finance environment Should your application be successful, you will be contacted shortly.
