Main duties: Ensure all invoices are processed in an accurately and timely manor Oversee payment runs Supporting and developing team members within purchase ledger Bank reconciliations Conducting 1-1's with the team 3 way matching of receipts, PO's and invoices Cash flow forecasting To be successful with this application you must have: Experience with processing a high volume of invoices Supervision experience of at least 2 members of staff within finance Grades B or above in Maths and English at GCSE Commercially minded Excellent communication skills both verbally and written Badenoch and Clark acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
