£19,000 The Role Optima Professional Services are recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join an energy business that is undergoing a period of rapid growth. Main Duties and Responsibilities Input invoices & credit notes into Codas Raising depot petty cash cheques Bacs run Concur Expenses Allocation of payments Email & Phone Queries Statement Reconciliations Arranging Fast payments Setting up of Templates for Fast payments The Candidate The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as an Accounts Payable Clerk and will have: Customer-focused, and can communicate clearly and confidently with customers, suppliers and colleagues at all levels Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet targets and deadlines Takes ownership for resolving issues and seeks assistance when needed Works accurately and with attention to detail Works with integrity in the best interest of both customer and company Excellent customer service, influencing and interpersonal skills A full driving licence would also be advantageous as public transport is limited.
