Robert Walters are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join a market leading organisation based in Stourbridge, this is a permanent position. Purchase Ledger Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Supervising the Purchase Ledger Assistants & the Payroll Assistant Overseeing weekly and monthly payroll runs to ensure accurate and timely completion Overseeing the bank and cash book and expenses payments to ensure timely and accurate completion Overseeing accuracy and timely completion of payment runs and one off payments Coordinating activities with other finance departments to ensure efficiency and accuracy Data reviews and reporting to including Cash Flow Forecasting Administering and reconciling Factoring accounts General Ledger account reconciliations and journal postings 3 way matching of receipts, POs and invoices Ad hoc work and projects as and when required Purchase Ledger Supervisor Skills: GCSE Maths and English level B AAT level 4 preferred Demonstrable experience in purchase ledger, payroll, bank payments Commercially minded with an eye for detail Confident with a professional and personable demeanour This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/85081930
