Job responsibilities The Head of Pricing services as a key influencer on the firm's pricing and negotiation process, and will lead the pricing function for the UK, Asia Pacific and Middle East. This newly created role supports the firm's pricing function by:
• Leading, training and mentoring a team of managers and analysts;
• Working with partners and firm leadership to develop strategies for responding to complex RFP responses;
• Partnering with department and firm leadership in the identification and execution of strategic pricing and revenue enhancement initiatives;
• Participating in complex financial modelling and direct team activity in handling complex datasets, KPIs, analyses and proforma financial statements associated with incoming pitches;
• Developing strategies and analyses around prices and negotiation, AFA alternatives and value propositions. Requirements:
• M.B.A. preferable, degree in related field;
• Significant experience performing business and statistical analytics of legal data and reporting;
• Team management experience in professional services environment essential;
