What you'll need to succeed
Our client is seeking a Finance Manager for their Northamptonshire Public Services site. This role is to manage a small transactional team. You will be responsible for the financial Ledger and all transactional functions. This role will support the development and accuracy of the team and ensuring an accurate and professional financial services to the business and be accountable for the performance of the transactional service.
- Day to day management of two members of staff
- Monthly control account reconciliation
- Bank reconciliation
- Administration of the nominal ledger
- Working with the Finance Business Partners
- Taking the lead in projects with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
This will suit a Qualified or Qualified by experience candidate with previous managerial experience within a financial service setting, managing and supervising purchase ledger and payment processing functions.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and in particular excel. Together with excellent interpersonal, communication skills (written and verbal)
